Call for Papers – High Security Printing™ EMEA 2026

Reconnaissance invites proposals for papers to be presented at High Security Printing™ EMEA, taking place from 9-11 February 2026 in Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The organiser requests 200-word abstracts showcasing technical innovation, practical implementation, or research in:

  •  Banknote design, features and substrates
  • Travel documents, ePassports, visas
  • ID cards, breeder documents, eID and Mobile ID
  • Anticounterfeiting, verification and enforcement
  • Printing and production technologies
  • Fiscal stamps, licences, vehicle registration
  • Cheques, certificates and secure documents
  • Innovation, digitisation and next- generation technologies
  • Resilience, sustainability and regional trends.

Papers should highlight new technologies, materials or processes, and real-world case studies. Overtly commercial presentations will not be considered.

Priority will be given to contributions from African, and other, countries and those demonstrating applied innovation or deployment.

For this edition, Reconnaissance is offering special delegate rates for organisations incorporated and headquartered in Africa, as well as two complimentary places for government issuing authorities – including passport and ID agencies, immigration departments, central banks, customs, and law enforcement bodies.
